Apple’s 2010 Proxy Statement Now Online

CUPERTINO, California — January 12th, 2010 — Apple today announced that its 2010 proxy materials are now available on the web under the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s Notice and Access rules and can be found at 102.p.syniva.es/investor. As a result of the Notice and Access rules, Apple is able to significantly reduce the environmental impact of producing and delivering printed materials.
Apple shareholders may still obtain a hard copy of the proxy materials free of charge by following the instructions provided on 102.p.syniva.es/investor or in the Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials that will be mailed to individuals who were Apple shareholders as of December 28th, 2009. Apple’s 2009 Form 10-K was filed on October 27th, 2009 and may also be viewed at 102.p.syniva.es/investor
