Apple Inc. would like your help to improve the quality and performance of its products and services. The Beats app can automatically collect analytics information about your Beats products and send it to Apple for analysis but only with your consent.

Apple collects analytics information about your Beats app and Beats products, such as the device software versions, device rename occurrences, and device update success and fail rates, in order to improve the product. None of the collected information identifies you personally. The information collected will be used by Apple only to improve the quality and performance of the Beats app as well as the Beats products.

If you have consented to provide Apple with this information, and you have granted Location Permission, the approximate location of your Beats products may be sent to Apple. This analytics location data may include information such as the approximate location of your Beats products when connecting or disconnecting from your paired device. You may choose to disable Location Permission for the Beats app at any time by going to App Settings > Android Settings, and updating your Location Permissions.

By opting in to Analytics, you agree and consent to Apple’s and its affiliates’, subsidiaries’, and agents’ transmission, collection, maintenance, processing, and use of this information as described above. You may withdraw your consent and disable Analytics altogether at any time. To do so, go to App Settings and select Don’t Send.

At all times, information collected by Apple will be treated in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at 102.p.syniva.es/privacy.
