Eligible Purchasers include the Customer and any school districts and their public or private not-for-profit school systems, state universities and colleges, and community, vocational and technical colleges, state, county or city agency or department (including fire departments and libraries), special district, port authority, municipality, township, or Native American reservation in the state that Customer is located ("Eligible Purchasers").

Piggyback Clause

Restrictions
Off-the-shelf software that is not pre-loaded on device is not allowed.

Cellular Phone Equipment purchases, including but not limited to iPhones and related peripherals, accessories, and AppleCare, are not allowed.
